- Surface preparation line: Within the line, next to the tubs for there are two washing and surface preparation as well as drying. Ovens independent systems — facilities: duplex filtration system and preparation of demi water and a plant for the processing of technological water.
- Dyeing plant: It consists of two dyeing lines, viz one with an automatic and the other with a manual cabin, as well as two autonomous furnaces of different capacities, which in the appropriate automatic mode, they can work in conjunction giving exceptional flexibility in delivery service. The powder is applied using the most modern devices manufactured by GEMA.
- Quality control: For quality control, our laboratory is equipped with the most modern equipment on which professional and trained personnel perform permanent control of the entire process in accordance with the norms of the QUALICOAT standard.
